Dr. Greenman is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist located in Scottsdale, Arizona. He received his Medical Degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin. As an intern he completed a year of Child Neurology and Endocrinology. He went on to complete his Residency in Adult Psychiatry and Neurology in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He then completed his Fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin through the Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Dr. Greenman has practiced psychiatry in Scottsdale / Phoenix area since 1995. He is currently a private practice Scottsdale psychiatrist. In addition to his private clinic, Dr Greenman is on staff at Scottsdale Healthcare where he serves the psychiatry consultation liaison service. He previously served as Medical Director of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Residential Unit for Charter Hospital. During his residency, he served as Medical Officer on Duty and later Staff Psychiatrist.

Dr. Greenman specializes in psychopharmacology (expertise in medications used to treat mental health disorders). He has extensive experience in treating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in children, adolescents, and adults. Other areas of specialization include women’s depression and anxiety disorders, encompassing women’s hormonal imbalance, and endocrine dysregulation. Each patient’s needs are addressed with a medical regimen that is formulated for their treatment and recovery.

Dr. Greenman is also trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and has a number of patients which undergo this modality of treatment on a weekly basis. This dual approach of combining medication and psychotherapy has been shown in medical literature to produce more favorable results than a single mode of therapy.
